The Harrods app has been redesigned to deliver even more content; provide a seamless shopping experience; and with our new advertising opportunities, achieves a higher level of brand presence. 



The new look and feel of the app, creates a more enjoyable experience for our users and closely reflects the aesthetic of harrods.com. Now split into five sections (Home, Visit, Stories, Shop and Rewards), customers can easily move around the app using the navigation bar, from browsing the store guide to buying online. For those who can’t get enough of the Harrods Magazine, we have updated our editorial section, and within the store guide section, users can explore Events and Experiences and make a call or booking with just one tap.

The app has won numerous awards, including Fashion Magazine of the Year at the Digital Magazine Awards, and Best Use of Technology In-store at the Draper’s Digital Awards 2019.
